The Transcultural Section Discussion List has been set up to facilitate dialogue about transcultural issues arising in different areas of group psychotherapy and group processes, and in the work of the IAGP.

Following a recent IAGP Board decision, this forum is open to both IAGP members and non-members with a professional interest in transcultural issues. However, we strongly recommend that all eligible subscribers become IAGP members. For further details of IAGP membership, please click here.)

List members can use the forum to discuss topics such as:
a) Transcultural issues emerging in the course of the IAGP's work
b) New developments in the theory and practice of transcultural work with groups
c) Issues encountered by members in their group-work with people from different backgrounds, cultures, religions and languages.
d) Courses and training in different aspects of transcultural group work
